Yes, that's "maangchi". As in, "hammer"!
This cook lived in Toronto for a long time. Korean cuisine is actually really popular in Toronto, and there are LOTS of Korean restaurants there. Maangchi shows English-speaking people how to make some of Korea's most popular dishes at home. Thanks to her, I've learned a lot about Korean cooking!

A.In this vedio,she didn't used knife when she trim cabbage. This is a custom peculiar to Korea, called '손맛'.

A.No.I don't like meat so If I make gamjatang, I will put more vegetable in the pot.
